Yes, we offer a free 15-minute initial consultation call. This gives you the opportunity to see if we would be a good fit for each other and to learn more about the services we offer. It’s a great chance to ask any questions you might have and ensure you feel comfortable before committing to a full session.
Currently, we are in network with Ohio Medicaid & Medicare, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, & Buckeye Health. We are also in the process of becoming in-network with several other major insurance providers. We understand the importance of affordable care, and in the meantime, we offer an out-of-pocket fee of $135 per session.
If we are not yet in-network with your insurance company, we can provide a monthly superbill. This is an itemized summary of the services you received, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on their policies.
Additionally, we offer a sliding scale fee for those who may need assistance with the cost. Please reach out for more information, and we’ll be happy to work with you to find the best solution.
Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual (Telehealth) sessions to accommodate your preferences and needs. Whether you prefer to meet in person or from the comfort of your own home, we can arrange a session that works for you.
Please note, some insurance companies may not cover Telehealth sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to check whether their insurance plan covers virtual therapy. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, and we can help guide you through the process.
We accept payments via credit, debit,and HSA cards. To ensure a smooth booking process, we require that you have a card on file before scheduling any appointments. This card will be used to cover co-pays, deductibles, self-pay amounts, or any late cancellation fees, if applicable.
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session rate ($135) will be charged.
Sessions are typically scheduled for 53-55 minutes. We generally recommend meeting once a week or twice a month, depending on your individual needs and goals. You and your provider can discuss and adjust the frequency of your sessions to best fit your preferences and treatment plan.
